The Equals Money expense management platform makes it simple for finance teams to track, analyse and control business expenses. Our integration with leading accounting software, Xero, helps to make reconciliation a more efficient process.

Frequently referred to as corporate expense cards, corporate cards or business spend cards, our prepaid business expense cards are also a great alternative to traditional company credit cards.

You can order multiple physical or virtual cards on the Equals Money platform. These can have individual limits or access a shared budget. Set them up as individual employee cards or specific department cards. A £10 issuing fee applies per physical card.

The Equals money platform allows admins to add, edit or remove users at any time, meaning you can issue new employee expense cards for new employees or expense streams.
