Who issues Equals Money Cards?

Money held on your Equals Money Card is safeguarded by your card issuer. A card issuer is a financial organisation that issues payment cards (debit, credit, pre-paid), and enables and authorises transfers of funds for the cardholders (e.g. when a cardholder is making a purchase with the card).
