Our new brand, Equals, has landed! This transition marks our exciting next chapter in embedded payments, building on over 18 years of innovation for our clients.
In 2025, we announced the merger of Equals Money and Railsr: two financial services innovators with a shared commitment to help exceptional businesses navigate financial complexity.
Both organisations saw an opportunity to better serve global businesses with complex financial needs by coming together.
After surveying more than 300 industry experts we learnt that we operate in a space where other providers in our sector are either “too big to care” or “too small to deliver”. Our expanded breadth and depth of products, coupled with high-quality service, highlighted the need for a fresh new brand.
That’s why we are delighted to present to you our new, unified brand: Equals.
Bringing together the strengths of Equals Money and Railsr under one brand enables us to fully deliver on our commitment to you as the next generation of money movement.
We’ve made it simpler for you to navigate Equals and access our range of payments, accounts, cards, and FX capabilities, all through a single connection.
In the coming weeks, you will begin to see the new Equals brand appear in more places as we begin to update our website and other communication touch points.
We remain committed to ongoing innovation, with the aim of delivering truly next-generation embedded payments that remove unnecessary complexity safely and securely.

What is changing?
We are updating our brand identity to Equals to better reflect the full breadth of who we are and what we do. We have a new name, brand colours, look and feel. We are also updating how we talk about ourselves too.
Equals is your single partner for complex, multi-product cross-border needs. We remain wholly committed to delivering industry-leading embedded payments: the products and services that we offer are unchanged.
Why are you rebranding?
This update follows the merger in 2025 of Equals Money and Railsr. We’ve listened to our employees, our customers, our partners to create a new brand identity that represents us all as a business. We are uniting under one website, one name, with one identity.
We are updating our brand identity and how we talk about what we do to make it easier for you to navigate the full breadth of our products and services.
The new look website - still at equalsmoney.com - is the beginning of a larger upgrade, continuously building on our products and being even more focused on service.

When will I see the new brand?
The new website will be live end of May. Shortly, you will see our new Equals brand across all of our platforms - from the app to your emails - as we carefully transition every element of your experience working with us.
Does this impact the platform I use?
No. The look and feel is changing but you will continue to log in the same way.
Are you discontinuing any products or services from Equals Money or Railsr?
No. We’ll continue to improve and add even better features, functionality and service which you will be hearing more about in the future.
Do I need to update any of my own systems or integrations?
No, you don’t need to do anything. We are doing all the hard work behind the scenes!
Will my Equals team change?
No, you’ll continue to work with the same experts you trust.
Will I experience any service disruption?
No. We’re rolling out our new brand in a deliberate, phased approach to ensure smooth client service and no planned interruptions.
Will the interface / user experience change?
The core user experience and user interface will remain unchanged however you might start to see some new front-end design elements updated. We anticipate you will navigate these without issue but if you need support, you can contact your Equals team or contact our support team.
Will I be able to find my way around the new interface?
We don’t expect the new brand design to throw you off course but if you need support, we are here to help. You can contact your Equals team or contact our support team.
Will there be any changes that effect my Equals Money card(s)?
We will be releasing new look cards both physical and virtual, and we expect cards to be updated in the near future.
We will notify you of updates to your virtual and physical cards before they happen.
Will my contract with you change?
The terms of your contract will not change but we are consolidating legal entities, which impacts a portion of our clients. You don’t need to do anything now. If your contract is affected, you will receive more information separately.
Will any terms and conditions change?

Will the name on our bank accounts change?
No.
Will the privacy policy change? Who technically 'owns' my data now?
There are no changes to your existing terms.

Why doesn't my new card match the new branding?
We still have stock of cards in our previous design, and where possible, we'd rather use these up than waste them. This does not affect the functionality. The only difference is the design.
