These terms and conditions apply to you if you are one of the following:

• An individual (natural person);
• A micro-enterprise with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover of less than €2 million; or
• A charity with an annual turnover of less than £1 million.

These product terms apply to customers with FX and international payment services.

These cashback terms apply to customers who signed up on or after 1st September 2025, and will apply to existing customers from the 1st November 2025.
