Some businesses offer Equals accounts, payments, or cards within their own app or platform. If you access our services this way, the terms below set out your relationship with Equals.

Programme Partner Customer Terms and Conditions — Retail
EQUALS MONEY GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - RETAIL (UK)

These terms and conditions apply if your Equals account is provided through an Equals Programme Partner and you are one of the following:
- An individual (natural person);
- A micro-enterprise with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover of less than €2 million; or
- A charity with an annual turnover of less than £1 million.
