As you are aware, Equals Group Plc (“Equals Group”) has reached an agreement with Alakazam Holdings BidCoLimited ("BidCo") for an all-cash acquisition of the entire issued (and to be issued) ordinary share capital of Equals Group.

Completing this acquisition will create a true leader in payments, e-money, embedded finance, and foreign exchange services.
