I’ve topped up the wrong card, is there a way to transfer funds between two cards?

To make card-to-card transfers, you must be a company controller on your account.

On the online platform:

Select “Cards” on the navigation panel
Select “Card to card transfer”
Choose the user and the card you want to transfer from. Then the user and card you want to transfer to
Enter how much you wish to transfer
Enter a cost centre and purpose of order if applicable
Click “Next” to review the order details
Click “Confirm” to complete your order. The funds will transfer immediately.

You can only transfer between cards in the same currency. If you get stuck or need help with card-to-card transfers, please get in touch.
