What are Shared cards?

Shared cards are the first iteration of virtual cards from Equals Money. For now, you can keep track and name each Shared card for its specific purpose, and they'll all pull from the same account balance. Soon, you'll be able to attach your Shared cards to specific "Balances", a money management feature coming soon. For example, within your marketing Balance you can have a Shared card for each ad platform your marketing team uses, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads.

Keep your team on budget by setting transaction limits and organising your funds into Balances.

Generate Shared cards for specific use-cases to keep your details secure, such as separate cards for each ad platform or online subscription.

Ready whenever you are - activate unlimited cards with ease and start campaigns straight away.

Ad platform compatibility

Manage spend for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

Using Equals Money has given our team greater visibility over our ad spend as it’s allocated. Before Equals, each person on the team was using their own personal business card. We didn’t have a single platform that gave us a clear picture of budgets and ad spend all in one place. Thanks to Equals, we can now work from a shared, fixed pool of funds which we can see per client, campaign and platform. It’s also just a much easier way to keep on top of our cashflow.

The Equals Spend platform is very user friendly and the support team are always on hand to help.
The savings we've experienced were quickly noticeable as prepaid cards limit the loose spending habits of travelling staff.

I have used Equals cards on a wide range of productions over the past few years.  Their services are a massive asset to the productions I have worked on.  Their customer service is excellent and the ease of setup is extremely production friendly.  Equals gives control to the production which is a major change to the traditional credit card.  I always try and use Equals cards on my Film or TV productions at every opportunity.

Location Accountant

The King, Netflix

Since moving to Equals we have saved between 30% to 40% on the hotel and subsistence costs for our trainers and sales staff. The use of the Equals card has given them the option to stay and eat where they choose rather than stick to company account hotel chains which often proved expensive and not as convenient as other options. The on-boarding process was easy and the staff and authorising management are really happy with the systems.
