My card is about to expire, how do I renew it?
You must be a company controller to renew a card. Company controllers can renew a card up to two months before it expires.
To renew a card on the online platform:
- Click “Cards”
- Select “Pending Renewal”
- Select the month that the card/s are due to expire (i.e. end date)
- Use the tick boxes on the right-hand side to select the cards you wish to renew
- Click “Renew selected cards”
- Click “Confirm”
- You’ll see a green tick next to the cards that have been successfully renewed
You should receive your new card in 3-5 business days.
