How do I access the account?

Please click on the link in your welcome email (Subject line: “You’ve been invited to Equals Spend”). This will take you to a page where you can create a password, which you can then use to sign in.

The link has expired. What do I do?

The link in your welcome email expires after 2 weeks for security reasons. If this has happened, please contact your company administrator as only they can resend it (here’s a quick step-by-step guide on how). Please note that the new link will also only be valid for 2 weeks.

I haven’t received my card, can I still sign in?

Yes, you can use the link in your welcome email to sign in and then activate your card as soon as it arrives. Here’s a quick guide on how to do that.  

Can I activate the card without signing in?

You have to be signed in to activate your card or do anything else in your account. Please use the link in your welcome email to get started.
